So, big news first… AO: Inferno is content complete!

Editing is also already well underway. It’s looking like the ebook will be ready for launch around October 1st — taking into account some slowness in scheduling due to the ‘rona. Audio narration is scheduled for early October, so I’d expect a release in November most likely (hard dates TBD).

An ebook preorder link ‘should’ be up around September 1st. I’m mostly waiting on the cover and I’m meeting with the cover artist again Friday — so expect to see some awesome art here pretty soon! This one is already looking badass.

And, finally, you can check out the first 28 chapters on my Patreon RIGHT NOW — assuming you’re as impatient as me… Handy link below. https://www.patreon.com/da3strikes

That’s all for now! I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Super stoked with the progress so far, these stories really are the reasons I’ve gotten into litrpg so heavily.
Also pretty proud to find out you live down the road in Austin, just a few miles south of the Temple/Belton area. Hopefully things will settle down sometime soon and you can have a book signing or something.
As I was saying, your story has to be one of my favorites I listened to on Audible as I deliver my loads around Texas.
Stay safe and I’ll cross my fingers for a book signing soon (weekendish please)

Hey fellow Texan! Unfortunately, I’m immune compromised, so it’s looking like I may be trapped in my house indefinitely… at least at the rate we’re going so far lol.

This is wonderful news! As Matthias says – that’s an amazing pace. You have built such an amazing world in AO that I can’t wait to return. And Finn? The man’s just such a compelling character that I am sure that I’ll be burning through the pages the day it comes out 😉

He gets even cooler in this next one IMO. He’s a ton of fun to write…

Is AO Inferno the next book in jasons perspective/series? If so you are the Brandon Sanderson in terms of the pace you write in your genre. You also have a similar approach in writing books devoted to completely different sets of characters like Sanderson. I hope that’s a compliment to you as a writer as I tended it to be.

Unfortunately I am not an ebook reader but an audiobook listener. If the ebook gets released on the date you expect when can we expect the audiobook, I would assume you have noticed a pattern or average length of time it takes for an audiobook to be released after you release the ebook. I hope you can give some sort of timeline in that regard.

I subscribe to audible specifically for your books which are audible originals!

Also I will be signing up on your Patreon today!

Nope, last of Finn’s arc. Next book is Jason’s.

Regarding the audio, this Tarot series is produced by Tantor and they recently mentioned that the release would be around mid-December. So probably a two month gap unfortunately.

So now that we are going back to Jason, I’m really curious about Frank/Silver. Will she be coming to the twilight throne, or is this a side story that will be continued later on its own? By the way, I held off on reading unity, but it was absolutely fantastic, one of my favorites of the series.

I love this series, you’re doing an awesome job! I just finished Unity for the first time, and I was blown away by how good it was. I am curious to see how Frank’s story is later tied in and if the pack will aid the twilight throne. Can’t wait for this book to be released!

Absolutely can’t wait. Its a testament to your growth as a writer that each and every one of your “side quest” books have become my favorite with each release. Can’t wait for the release date!

I started reading the first Awaken Online book in April and I’m tearing through Flame right now. Really excited to keep reading your stuff. I was initially reluctant to start Finn’s story, but everything keeps getting more and more interesting with him.

Yeah, Unity was a blast to write. I might do another Frank novel at some point.

I’m incredibly excited to get into the next book, I am addicted to this literature style because of you and I have tried to fill the void with other author’s renditions and it is no where near the same. I am addicted to the literary world you have created. You are an amazing artist and writer and I want to say thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Not a problem at all! Glad you’ve been enjoying the world. Oh, and Inferno is going to be pretty damn cool… in my entirely unbiased opinion, of course.

Hey Travis! I was talking to a friend the other day about your books and we decided that your skill as an author has improved in huge leaps and bounds(i know that kind of an insult but I don’t mean it as one). The way you’ve been consistently improving every book is amazing. I’m so hype for inferno.

the pace at which you write leaves me wonder if you are simply extraordinary or most other authors are simply slow. but thank you!
